Preparing a robot for different tasks can be a complicated polytechnical task.

The design goal for the SetupRobotics ToolBase was to handle all challenges in a generalized solution.

That is: Tool + Activation + Status

The robot simply has to activate any mounted tool and the feedback is whether it is going as planned.

With SetupRobotics ToolBase e-tools 1 robot controls 4 totally different tools (finger+vacuum+dispense+UV cure) in one setup. No tool change needed.

When pick’n place to and from a proces no fixture is needed.

Simply stack all parts together in a corner and pick using vacuum

Place back using fingers

E-pendants are extra tools connected to E-Tools (On E-tools is a connector for an E-pendant)

Single ToolBase total 2 tool, Dual Toolbase total 4 tools.
