A bracket for the 310mml syringe is mounted on the ToolBase. The syringe is connected to the dispenser tool. Now it is possible to dispense larger amounts of sealant etc. from 310ml syringes.
Make sure the Cartridges are compatible with air operation. 310 ml syrine add on bracket (mount on ToolBase and connects to Dispenser).

We understand that not all cartridges are compatible with pneumatic systems. To ensure a seamless fit for your specific needs, we offer compatibility testing services. Simply send us the cartridge you plan to use, and we’ll conduct thorough testing to determine its suitability.

This service is paid extra. Make sure you’ve accepted our offer before sending the cartridge and / or parts for testing. We do not send back the parts and materials used.

Simply make a TCP in the robot controller at the digitizer pointer tip.

A working plane can now be taught by digitizing 3 points. (typically origo, X axis and XY plane). When programming the robot tool points are simply X,Y and Z added the length difference between digitizer and Tool

The ScrewDriver uses the ToolBase vacuum for screw pick-up, therefore in addition to steel screws it’s also possible to pick non magnetic screws in stainless steel, brass and other.  Feedback to the robot is screw presence (vacuum level) and also screw torque was obtained at end. The two signals are separated when using MODBUS communication. The screwing task setup is done directly on the screwdriver via a LCD keypad.

]]> The ToolBase dispenser works with standard syringes and tips from EFD and others. The dispense flow is controlled by setting the feed pressure on the dispenser. To stop flow again a back suction is performed. The ToolBase measures the pressure inside the syringe at back-suction, securing filled and almost empty cartridges end at the same level and are ready for the next path.

A capacitive sensor can be mounted on the syringe to monitor the level to feedback to robot if it is not possible to get the feedback from a stationary sensor the robot passes by.

  • Coupling compatible with EFD 30cc / 55cc syringes.
  • Dispense pressure adjustable 0.6bar.
  • Pressure monitored suck-back. (no dripping)
  • Optional capacitive fluid level sensor
