QUICKCHANGE DUAL TOOLBASE – FOR ALL JOBS

AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION

Configuration of the ToolBase to its different work modes is accomplished automatically upon closing the quick coupling. It is carried out using the patent pending multiple use of components and the embedded controller. The ToolBase only requires a single air supply and a cable to the UR tool connector to work. It is easily operated via the ToolBase URcap. Each of the two quick couplings provides the necessary supplies to an End-Effector including: electrical/pneumatic/vacuum power, IO and data communication.
